We apply this process generate order and keep organized regarding the work methodology in order to improve productivity, which will show in the quality and turnaround times of the end-product.
This process includes all parts in terms of responsibility and limits, including the end-client. This leads to a fluent feedback between the parties involved. It is crucial that all information handled is accurate, clear and completed on-time.
Process Stages:
1) The proposal is sent to the customer in writing, detailing all characteristics of the project and all possible information, in the form of a “Project Folder.”
2) The “Creative Folder” is submitted, where the graphic and creative structure of the project, together with a functional description of the case in the Website, CD, DVD Rom and advertainment.
3) Trial stage, to perform the last adjustments or correct possible programming errors, which may not be present.
4) At the end, final delivery.
MEANS OF PAYMENT:
At the beginning of each project, the customer shall make a down-payment of 30% of the total cost.
Upon completion, the customer shall pay the remaining 70% of the total cost.
In case of checks, the customer shall pay an additional 8% of the total cost of the project.
Different means of payment include: deposit, wire transfer, wiremoney, Western Union, Moneygram, etc. |
